NCA STAFF
Pastor Mark Swee has been the lead pastor at NCA since October 2016. Before coming to NCA, he served as lead pastor at a church plant and has served in pastoral ministry for nearly 40 years. Pastor Mark’s ministry passion is to see strong families who love Jesus and love each other. He believes in investing in the next generation of Christ followers, helping husbands and wives build strong marriages, and encouraging and equipping families at every stage of life. When he’s not working, he loves spending time with family (including seven grandkids!), riding his Harley, playing golf, and tinkering in his shop. His favorite scripture is John 10:10: “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I have come that they may have life and have it to the full.” He has long been licensed and ordained through the Assemblies of God.
Barbara Swee
Associate Pastor
Pastor Barbara Swee has served in full-time ministry alongside her husband since the beginning of their time at NCA. Pastor Barb serves as worship director, as well as to oversee administration and women’s ministry, and to teach Bible studies. She enjoys walking and hiking in beautiful Flagstaff, playing golf, and playing with her dogs. Her favorite scripture is Ephesians 2:4-5(a): “But God is so rich in mercy, and he loved us so much, that even though we were dead because of our sins, he gave us life when he raised Christ from the dead.” Pastor Barb also is licensed and ordained through the Assemblies of God.
